Dive deep into the inner wisdom of your dreams unlocking the potential and power within you.  Explore the limitless practical and spiritual potential of dreaming. Each month we will honor and expand your dream experience by providing opportunities to share dreams in a safe, supportive space.  Additional topics of dream journaling, creating a sacred dream space, dream intention setting, and lucid dreaming will be explored.  Each workshop will begin with introductions, an opening meditation, a short talk, dream sharing, and intention setting for the month. 

Not a dreamer? No problem. Tips and techniques will be provided to improve your sleep experience and dream recall. Be sure to bring a notebook to record your experiences and insights.
